Yes, it appears so-- claims on registered land get paid out of the state insurance fund, according to the Hamilton County recorder's page.  Don't know if the money is real or theoretical though ;-)  Registered land is not common at all here in Ohio.  I think only a couple of counties have any registered land, mostly down around Cincinnati I believe.  There's no registered land that I know of anywhere around where Robert covers.
