Sorry Michael, I didn't realize I had a grammar test today. Please forgive me!

My problem is not the fact that its India. India is just an example as I have received many of these similar emails - and a majority of them their English is not so great.  I understand the objective of cutting prices to win a client - no matter the location. I am also aware this business is going to eventually be an online business. I value what we do and I learn something new each day when  searching. I am not sure about the rest of you but the details that go into a good in depth search are unique to each search. I never get bored with title searching because of this! No search is ever the same. I find it hard to grasp that one can put such a low value on the reports we complete. That being said, I will sit back and watch as the searches get outsourced, and then smile at all the News reports that cover how many law suits come to head on property that was incorrectly foreclosed and or purchased. I am confident there will be many mistakes made; Especially concerning for searches in TN. In which they cannot all be performed online sitting at your desk and it will be years until Tennessee catches up with this. I am good to get a fax from a TN county court house, so good luck to those whom assume its that easy. I value what we do in this industry, and respect all my fellow abstractors  enough to honor their rates per search and not devalue what it is they do!

And Michael, I could honestly careless about the grammar mistakes I made because that is not my focus.  pretty unfortunate it is yours.
