Looking for an experienced title searcher who can index in various ways
To find the information needed. Preferring someone with extensive experience in title abstract.
This job is on site and pay is quite generous. Must be familiar how to run a chain of title, allocating exact chain matches, the same goes for mtgs, subs, mods, poa, probate, restrictions (declarations outlining in subdivision), judgments, plats etc
No mistakes. Must be able to work in a fast paced environment and must be a multi tasker.
