I hear you loud and clear...we too have had issues getting paid for copies ordered...I sent them a re-billing for copies last December for year 2013 and did not receive a check until June of 2014 and then I did not receive a check for the complete amount...only for what the wanted to pay....However...We have done work for the Direct Offices of First American for over 20 years and have NEVER had an issue getting paid...this non payment / slow payment issue seems to be an NPS issue.
