We are actively seeking a full time, experienced Florida REO abstractor/examiner to facilitate 100  current owner REO searches per week as well as provide findings on a spreadsheet daily.  Volume of orders can be increased as long as the service levels are maintained.

This is for a large investment firm seeking to purchase REO properties at auction. 

The findings will include all un-named creditors of record, total amount of un-named creditor liens, any title matters that would prevent a title insurance policy from being issued, current year tax amount along with any delinquent taxes and years delinquent. Bankruptcy records must also be searched.

We will provide access to our title plant records along with access to our bankruptcy search website. 

Must have E&O Insurance, be pro-active and available for communication via phone or through email.  Must be reliable!

Minimum of 2 years experience is required.  This is a 1099 position.
