Full Time – Workflow Assistant – Parsippany, NJ

Workflow Assistant
This position is responsible for performing various tasks for a specific region and department in an effort to assist in the distribution and collection of daily tasks and all necessary information, documents, and reports for the timely and accurate completion and delivery of company products and services.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Assists Workflow Team Lead or Workflow Coordinator with all aspect of the distribution and collection of tasks and documents to searchers, abstractors and examiners.
2. Dependent on region and department need, may assist with billing/invoicing.
3. May obtain incoming orders and input all necessary information into Company order processing platform.
4. May be responsible for basic typing and data entry
5. May complete/review files and amend incorrect reports as needed.
6. May answer phone calls from clients regarding order issues, status and services.
7. May assist in correcting and tracking errors made by team members.
8. Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

This position will be located in Parsippany, NJ.
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE
Required:
• High School Diploma or GED
• Minimum 12 months prior title examination experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, Internet Explorer, and Web navigation
Preferred:
• 2+ years’ experience performing title examinations
SKILLS/COMPETENCIES
Required:
• Proficient in use of company order processing platform and company processes
• Demonstrated analytical aptitude, problem-solving skills and interpersonal skills
• Ability to identify risk, prioritize actions, and mitigate issue impact
• Outstanding people skills, with the specific ability to interact as a lead player
• Proven leadership abilities and decision-making skills
• Must have the ability to be proactive to staff and client needs
• Ability to work in a high pressure environment
