¡Attorney Supervision and Certification of Abstracts and Updates
¡Attorney on every HUD acting as Supervising Attorney
¡CPL, PTOs and FTOs as required from the Attorney
¡HUD Quality Review prior to lender approval
¡Recording Supervision as required by the State
¡Attorney Witness Closing as required by the state
¡Attorney Disbursements with Dedicated IOLTA a/c with the client having view access to review/audit transactions
