"You Didn't Really Want That Tree, Did You?"

If a utility maintenance crew comes onto your land and unexpectedly starts cutting down a tree on an area of your property outside of their power line easement, a freak storm that occurred last year may be partially to blame-- along with broad language contained in some power line easements.
