Heck,   Much of Detroit has been dark for a long time.    They wasted all the money

the state took fom us outstaters and now have an EFM to break the unions, and

have dictator like control.  City Council members and Mayor Bing have had their

"junk" hacked off, and are just figureheads.   King Rick the first (Snyder) now

wants to waste tax money, (State, Federal, and Canadian) on his new bridge.
