Yes I have emailed with him several times. He verified what I said above.
We will be charged .50 per page of each document we open whether or not we print it.This is his response directly from my last email and his explanation/confirmation.

To clarify, beginning July 1, 2026, the monthly allotment of complimentary images will no longer be available through Laredo. Users will be charged $0.50 per image (page) viewed. The charge is not assessed on a per-document basis unless the document consists of only a single page.

For example:

A 1-page document viewed would result in a charge of $0.50.
A 3-page document viewed would result in a charge of $1.50.
A 5-page document viewed would result in a charge of $2.50.


I recognize that this change might be significant for some users, particularly those who regularly review large numbers of documents as part of their business operations."
