Has anyone confirmed this is actually the case and they don't mean $.50/page printed?  (which is still a big deal)  If you haven't already, please contact Gerald and anyone else you can at St. Louis County.  I know in general he doesn't seem to care and usually won't even respond to my emails but we need to explain to him why this is a BIG deal for us.  This county is such a mess.
