I use to do witness closings about 20 years ago and am considering this again.  Are there any rules in Virginia that require a notary to have their title insurance license to perform a signing?  I am getting mixed information.  Also, if you know of a reliable source for the information, I would appreciate that as well.  Thanks in advance.
