You should absolutely charge more if a "current owner" is going back that far. I upcharge to a full search anytime a current owner goes beyond 30 years. Clients that offshore know when they're sending onshore vendors "current owner" searches that they're not actually normal current owners, that's why the offshore providers couldn't do them to begin with.
