This order was assigned on October 2, 2023, with a specific statement requesting for a Fee and ETA. Unfortunately, we did not receive the required Fee and ETA details, which led to the order being canceled by our client on October 4, 2023. Despite the cancellation, the report was submitted on October 5, accompanied by an invoice for $157. Upon reviewing this matter, our accounts team confirmed that the order was never approved for processing, as it was explicitly stated in the request: "DO NOT PROCEED WITHOUT APPROVAL."
