The attached is from our company lawyer, a large law firm in MN

 The constitution is VERY clear what is a violation of you and your business rights.  Just like in real estate, office policies, never apply.   The law is what you are licensed to follow.

 The Fourth Amendment of the United States Constitution protects citizens from unreasonable searches and seizures by the government. It states that people have the right to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects.
