When you get a new search order and you use a vendor to cover that area ...
You send an email with the order to the vendor, and ask for confirm of receipt/price.  Is this all done by email?  How do you track all the vendor statuses?
Once the vendor completes their work, do you typically two-screening it - one screen with vendor docs and the other typing up your search report  / QC - or do you pass through the vendor docs without your branding / review?   
Curious, as to what are the most common methods.
