I see the whole industry changing back to the older ways of face to face signing.   I see that since the foreign invasion into the American peoples personal info is going off grid.

The recording of deeds back to the patent offices.   County recorders already know, the MN recorders sold off their records.

Be ready for a change in the protection of records coming.  I have witnessed, most of the lenders are seeing their "security" and "asset backed security" were never recorded in proper places.  Securities and Exchange.

Big changes are coming to the way real estate is being bought and sold.  The foreign market buyers are going to the way side, out of America.   Mass Deportation is coming according to Trump.  I believe it.

Patent offices are going to become the very place we abstract from for transfer of the patent, not the recording of the deed.  Remember the grant deeds?  That's what we are going to see more of.  Big changes coming.

We may even see that minerals Can not be seperate from the land without the land patent office approval.

Land patented under the Homestead Act can be sold, but there are some restrictions: (Homestead Act of 1862)

Mineral resources
Mineral resources reserved in the patent belong to the United States and cannot be sold by the landowner. The landowner can use small amounts of mineral materials for personal use without a permit.
Relinquishments
Relinquishments, which are voluntary surrenders of a Homestead entry, cannot be sold. However, the practice was common.
Heirs
If both parents die and all the children are under 21, an executor can sell the land for the benefit of the children.

Private contracts, such as warranty deeds or quitclaim deeds, can be used to negotiate the rights to patented land.

Land patents were a common way for the federal government to convey property to settlers during westward expansion. The rights to patented land are passed down through heirs and assignees, and can only be changed through private contracts. The law governing a piece of patented land is usually based on the Congressional Act or treaty under which it was acquired, or the terms of the patent.

This is just some of the changes.  My own personal opinion.
