Hey, I couldn't agree with you more! I always prefer to work with abstractors who go to the courthouse. Every time the records get re-entered in some new database that's another opportunity for human error to cause a problem.

In this case, the abstractor was sending me screenshots, so I know they were just printing from the website and claiming it was the best they could do. All they had to do was download the plat properly and it would have been perfect.
