I just got a request for a search in Seattle (king co) WA for a 7-11. The deed is apparently between 1972 & 1976 - online records begin in 1976…I'm in FL so there is a 3 hour time difference to call assessor, recorder? To see if a deed can be found. Now you’re saying they don’t pay promptly?? Oh wow…they will see this post too don’t you think. I imagine that’s how they found me…from SOT
