[-] NC State Bar VS title companies, Independent Paralegals - Donna Grady/NC (1 reply)

This message is to Robert Franco.  I sent you another email tonight on this topic.  It is heating up in NC.  Independent abstractors, title companies and other attorneys that use independent abstractors are just beginning to find out about the proposal and they are not happy about it.  There probably is nothing that SOT can do to help except to alert the title companies from other states that do business in NC that they may soon be hiring the attorneys to do their work and that will be big bucks!!!
