I foresee in my crystal ball that ambulance chasing attorneys (no offense to present company) will start a new wave of lawsuits to bail their clients out of foreclosures.
It's very simple.

Client can't pay their mortgage-
Client calls attorney-
Attorney orders title search-
Attorney finds defect-
Attorney helps file claim on title-
Title Company pays mortgage off-
Title Company goes out of business or is purchased by underwriter for cheap.

Title agent applies for job with underwriter that hires them for 60% paycut from the prior year.
