Is your Intention to get Payment or blame?

Still i'm saying I will pay, Since 2 Month i'm responding to your emails and calls as well, Yesterday also i was busy but even though i received you call and respond you dis-connected call suddenly saying bye.

This is very very small thing Don't make it big. How Do i know that i'm paying to right person? How can i judge with with just one email signature or website information?
