They're not U.S. based so bankruptcy doesn't play into it.  They're just gone.  Probably opening under a new name....  Had one approach  me yesterday and have their "home base" in Clinton Township (here in Michigan).  But it's NOT U.S.  It's India.  I explained I no longer take on overseas clients.
