Just learned that some states actually require abstractor license such as CA.  Question to all, by the implication of such law (title search work needs to be done by licensed individuals), wouldn't outsourcing title search to foreign countries break such state law (it's hard to imagine these states would issue such license to foreign person let alone foreigners would know all these intricacies)?
