Source of Title Forums: Re: E and O Insurance

It is a given that you'll need E&O. I don't have a single client that doesn't require it. I don't think it's RIGHT and I think the insurance companies double-dip that way, but it is part of doing business. BTW, over the years, I'm sure I've had upwards of 75 clients, so it's no small number.
