The original request I got from these people came with no company name, address, info, etc.  Yet they requested my W-9 and E & O certificate, in addition to my coverage and pricing.

 When I responded that I needed information on the company I was given the company name and a P.O. box address.  Naturally I checked here first, and decided I didn't want to deal with them - so I didn't send any response. 

I have received at least 3 follow-ups to the original request.  They keep harassing me to respond, which I find highly unusual for a legitimate company.  The most recent email says they have been in business for 17 years, although the only reference I can find through a google search is a brief Wikipedia statement, which is a dubious reference, at best.

In addition, there was contact made from a different "company" on the same day as the second request, which was equally dubious and was probably from the same people.
