Hi!  I get them all the time and now I am getting crazy spam calls on my cell. I actually do closings as well, and get these emails too. Rule of thumb:  If I don't recognize them, I hover my cursor over the name and see what "professional" email address it is coming from.  Then I hover my cursor over the start of the text to see what it is really about. I don't open anything. I delete them. If you're using your phone to check emails, I don't even leave it where it is open to the last email. Because the next one that pops in will be open and if it is phishing or scam you already may be compromised. I use to different email providers so I keep it on the list and have the notifications on my phone. I can see what, roughly,it's about, disregard it and go back to the list of new emails to disregard it.  I also keep Bluetooth and pairing off when I am out of my office, as well as wi-fi on my phone before I even leave the driveway.  I hope that helps someone. I am sure that there are a few of you that are way more techno-savvy than me that could give a few more pointers.  This is what my tech guy told me to do.
