I agree with you, Kimberly...I did the same thing...took a friend ?? under my wing, too...and he did exactly the same thing...There is another abstractor in my area who has bragged about her ability to steal other abstractors' clients...only thing is...apparently because she's so busy...she misses docs, especially in foreclosures...and we have to clean up after her...Eventually, maybe Karma will catch up with these individuals...
