Update with more to Rich's note. The Mecklenburg ROD is functional if you are in the ROD itself.

We have found that the online link is not fully reliable yet. It is understandably very slow and many servers time out before information can be retrieved.  So if you are trying to search online only, be aware you may have to search the same page multiple times before you get through their server issues.
