Although your ad states "Local"; I am in Fla. I do, however, cover in Texas the following counties in residential and commercial properties as follows: BEXAR, COLLIN, DALLAS, DENTON, EL PASO, FT BEND, GALVESTON, HARRIS, JEFFERSON, MONTGOMERY, ROCKWALL, TARRANT and WILLIAMSON

 I can also do some work in Travis county, but only from the website, as my software doesn't cover that county
