Yep they are a complete scam. They took us for $468 for a Cell Tower search in a distant county in 2015. It could have been worse if not for Source of Title. They placed a second order which I declined after abstractors here began posting about the scam here on SOT. I wrote off the debt last month. Lisa Hathaway Mcomas was the one who placed the orders. I don't think anyone has ever been paid by them.
