One just HAS to love you, Robert Franco!!! I would like to add one thing...the "abstractors guide" written for young attorneys was most likely written by a title searching paralegal..lol!! I spent an entire year "teaching" attorneys how to perform title searches...(1996 and 10.00 an hour, lol!) I finally wised up and went solo!  Hope your New Year is going great!
