Well said.  ALWAYS dress appropriately when going to a courthouse. And allow yourself to make personal relationships with your clients no matter how small (or big) your business. Keep your word to your clients.  Simply do what you say you will do for them. If you run into a snag just let them know. It will be appreciated. Maybe, just maybe, the tax cuts will bring back from India & elsewhere to the USA.
