I agree with everyone above.   We have to stick together and not lower fees.  I've found that when a "current owner" is a 40 year or back to developer search comes over I'll contact the company & tell them, nicely, what they already know & that I need to charge in kind.  I've never been turned down and continue to receive searches.  This month is slow, slow, slow. Could it be all the snow in the south?
