When you have been a vendor for many years I don’t feel a report card is a good communication method. They obviously like your work and turn time or you wouldn’t be working with them. I even had a great score but still found it a terrible method of treating a person who you have had a working relationship with for many years. After all, I don’t score clients for late pay or errors in pay and trust me they are plentiful.
