Doesn't bother me a bit to receive a report card about my work. My favorite client, an American title company, sends them out every month.
If I remember correctly from the last report they sent me; the areas covered were turn times, accuracy, and quality of communications with team members - pretty innocuous stuff.
My thinking is that this company probably has a lot of examiners and it's a way for them, in-house, to keep track of everyone's work product. The fact that they send it to me, might simply be a courtesy on their part; to let me know where I stand in terms of getting more work orders from them. Believe me, if the quality of my work wasn't acceptable; or my turn times were slow they would be quick to drop me.
Mentally changing "Report Card" to "Vendor Status Report" might make it easier to accept as a concept lol.
