I look at them if I have time, but mostly ignore them since the math they use to calculate the score is faulty. If there are no errors it produces a zero grade that gets factored into the average and that brings the score down.
The only thing I really look at is how many requests I have filled for that client in the past month. Despite providing paperwork that is supposed to move me up in the preference list and get me more assignments, I rarely get more than a handful of searches from this client each month.
