Yes the Texas location. The Stewart Information Services orders I got actually came from Stewart Title in Texas. I did not work with local branches, they had they're own set of abstractors. I didn't hear about a joint venture or dissolving the brand.  They're still using the brand name (with the Texas address) to record documents in Virginia.  I found this article from January 5, 2018.  https://www.housingwire.com/articles/42216-stewart-chief-corporate-development-officer-to-provide-strategic-oversight-to-direct-operations
 

So even with a joint venture, seems like someone is getting the work.  Maybe all search orders are now only going through local branches?
