Wife takes title of one half interest in 1917.
Husband #1 (in separate deed) also take title to other one-half interest in 1917.
Husband #1 dies in 1918, but Affidavit of Transfer for his 1/2 not recorded until 1946.
Wife had re-married husband #2 in 1938; husband #2 died in 1945.
Husband #2 was never in title and never conveyed my mortgage or otherwise. Husband #2 dower extinguished upon his death, correct? and husband #2 heirs would have no claim?
