Thank you, I appreciate your comments and totally agree with most.   Yes, keeping work here would be great, but I am not sure that will change much.

Ease is not what I am concerned about,  it is producing an accurate title search for residents of  Genesee County and the companies I do work for, and still be able to keep a business running.

I have worked many other systems that are easier, including Tyler Eagle, and you can produce an accurate title search in those counties, but you could not produce an accurate search every single time on those present systems,  in Genesee because of their "unique" indexing.  Although Genesee is getting  better  indexing in the last few years, past documents still have the "unique" problems that need multiple ways to search in order to find them and to produce an accurate search.  ROD did say they would listen to what we need, and make needed changes to the system so that it will search more than a couple ways.    Hopefully people will let them know all the "tricks" we need the system to do, and they will implement it,  thus the notification here.  We are already bare bones, and $500 a month may keep me at the county for some long days to avoid the exorbitant fee. 

Also a big high 5 to Genesee ROD office for bringing their Cert Date up to date (over the years has been more than 6 months behind).
