Two things:  First, the Eagle system is wonderful and I use it in several counties.  I have not used DTS anywhere else and that in and of itself is surprising.  I'm wondering if it is really all that easy to use.  ?? 

Secondly, while the monthly access charge is exorbitant, it means that India won't use it and lost work is likely to come back.  Yes, the searches will have to be run at the courthouse, but these days, that's our bread and butter.  Anything that makes it harder for India is a good thing as far as I'm concerned!  We get nothing but leftovers anyway -- the work they can't handle on line.
