I have been in this business for 20 years and have never experienced a slow down like this.  I worked for a title company for 12 years before striking out on my own.  Business was crazy good, and we were all living large.  I remember being up late at night faxing, (yes, faxing, I'm old). But it allowed me to be home with my 3 children.  Now I have an elderly mother that I fear I will not be able to help( only child) as I had planned. I understand the market is not what it used to be and it may never be what it once was. But, now I'm lucky if I get ONE search a day. It is very disturbing.  I hardly ever post on here, but I love what I do...putting all the pieces together and presenting a complete report.  It make getting E &O insurance almost pointless.  Is everyone having this problem?
