And, no, I am sharing the last 4 sentences that I didn't write on the email, here.

Instead I told her that I hoped my draft helped out if she didn't know. My thoughts are that she was very new. But before you hire someone should there be some kind of pre-training and shouldn't someone monitor their work?

 It just seems in retrospect that after all the fly-by-nights that we used to see that this would have been weeded out and not rolling back to the old days of erratic ordering.
