Hmmm, I don't know what you mean "those views."  You mentioned a management system, and I said it was a good system.  I will definitely communicate that, and I don't think it's OK for you to request that I not voice my opinion on a management system that you brought up.  It comes across as you thinking you are allowed to malign something, but I am not allowed to recommend it.  I hope that's not what you really think...
