As I mentioned, the danger to title abstractors will not appear for many, many years. Any application of blockchain will be in a 'go forward' manner. It will be at least 10 and more like 30 years before there is enough data that the historic data may not need to be examined.
I do not see any company investing the time and money in adding historic data to a blockchain for a property. At best, there may be a push to blockchain subdivisions as far as easements/restrictions and be able to tie to individual properties. Again, that is an investment of resources without an immediate payoff for the project. It will be a very low priority.
