Way lower than they used to be.   I don't think anyone is going to want to advertise their rates on here, but I have heard from people that some are getting current owner searches for $40.00.  Not me.  :) No way - I charge about $35 for a document retrieval and I feel that is barely anything, more for a full or a pre-foreclosure of course.
