hi, I did there work in balt. city for about 15 years before they just dropped me. seems they have ownership in a company in Michigan which they decided to send there work thru. those guys have no idea what a title is. as far as payments, they always paid monthly and never had an issue with that part. just be careful if dealing with them as there requests ,once the Michigan company got involved became less clear as to what they need and want. the company etitle is out of Virginia. hope this helps and good luck !
