I heard from them too...in NY....Same deal...looked up the company website..nothing...they couldn't provide me a vendor setup contract/agreement...they couldn't even provide a (binding) order form for the 'deed search' they wanted done. .....then...another company name with the same order number (and owner name and property) appears out of the blue, requesting the same service...I mean...really???? They called themselves..'Cornerstone Abstracts' this time..with a whole new logo and everything.  

Ya know what I would really like to know???  What BANKING OUTFIT is selling out American's privacy and rights to have their properties handled by respectable service providers??? WHAT BANK is utilizing these people in the first place????  I think Americans have a right to know who is using these people in the first place, compromising our very vulnerable personal information???  How can someone in India or Pakistan be trustworthy on ANY LEVEL???  They are probably making money selling out all of our info to the black market hackers out there!~
