They reached out here as well, but didn't want to sign an indemnity agreement, so we will not be doing business with them. Vendors want us to sign all these agreements, but once you have one for them to sign, to cover yourself, they don't want to, so I move on and assume they are not serious or legitimate enough to know the importance.
