It has been a while since we have not received payment for the work we completed for DB Title Solutions, LLC (David Lacher), despite multiple follow-ups. Recently, we sent a physical notice, but there has been no response. No payments have been made for the pending invoices dated April through July 2023. We are uncertain about the next steps.
